AI Lingoplay

Hi everyone! I have studied Japanese for many years, but despite getting the chance to use my skills during trips to Japan, I always freeze, feeling completely unprepared due to a lack of real-world practice beforehand.

I created AI LingoPlay to help me address this and enable me to rehearse real-life scenarios before my trips, like ordering coffee in a cafe or checking into a hotel.

With AI LingoPlay, you can select a language, choose an AI character, and then engage in life-like role-play scenarios. You can chat using your voice or simply type, and you’ll hear audible responses from your AI chat mate along with on-screen text.

The app is intended for language learners, and as such, I have added features to enhance your language practice, such as analysing your responses and providing feedback, breaking down the grammar of the AI character’s messages, Slowing down audio playback and suggesting your next response to keep the conversation flowing.

I will be adding more features over the coming months to help make AI LingoPlay a perfect supplementary tool to your ongoing language study. I would love for you to try it out and share any feedback or questions you might have.
